西哈努克港经济特区投资介绍
西哈努克港经济特区（以下简称“西港特区”）是由江苏太湖柬埔寨国际经济合作区投资有限公司联合柬埔寨国际投资开发集团有限公司共同打造的境外经贸合作区，是中国商务部首批境外经贸合作区之一，也是首批通过国家商务部、财政部考核确认的境外经贸合作区之一。西港特区总体规划面积1113公顷，首期开发面积528公顷，以纺织服装、五金机械、轻工家电等为主导产业，同时集出口加工区、商贸区、生活区于一体。全部建成后可容纳入驻企业300多家，就业人口近10万人。
西港特区地处柬埔寨王国唯一的国际港口城市——西哈努克市，离西港国际机场3公里, 离西哈努克深水港12公里，离柬首都金边210公里，紧靠四号国道，地理位置优越，交通便利。
西港特区项目受到了两国领导人及各级政府部门的高度关注。为更好、更快推进西港特区建设，2010年12月13日，柬埔寨王国洪森首相访华期间，中柬两国正式签订了《中华人民共和国政府和柬埔寨王国政府关于西哈努克港经济特区的协定》。双边协定明确了西港特区的法律地位，明确了缔约双方共同为西港特区的建设、管理和运营提供支持和便利，也明确了在协定框架下成立西港特区双边副部级协调委员会，研究西港特区建设和运营中存在的重大问题等。西港特区成为了中国首个由双边政府签订支持境外经贸合作区建设协定的园区。
优惠的税收政策
1、企业用于投资建厂的生产设备、建材、零配件及用于生产的原材料等免征进口关税；
2、企业投资后根据产品种类和总投资额可享受柬方最多9年盈利税的免税期；
3、利润用于再投资免征所得税；
4、产品出口免征出口税.；
5、无外汇管制，外汇资金可自由出入；

Brief Introduction of Sihanoukville Special Economic Zone (SSEZ)
Sihanoukville Special Economic Zone (SSEZ), co-operated by Jiangsu Taihu Cambodia International Economic Cooperation Zone Investment Co., Ltd. and Cambodia International Investment Development Group Co., Ltd., is one of the first overseas economic and trade cooperation zones approved by Ministry of Commerce of China, and one of the first overseas economic and trade cooperation zones confirmed by Ministry of Commerce and Ministry of Finance of China. SSEZ has a total planning area of 1,113 Ha. The initial area of 528 Ha will develop textile & garments, metals & machinery, and light industry & home appliance as the leading industries, and be integrated by Export Processing Zone, commercial and living area as well. It is supposed to attract over 300 investors and accommodate nearly 100,000 people when completed.
Strategically located in the sole international port city in Cambodia –Sihanoukville，SSEZ is well-located and easy to access, that is only 3km from Sihanoukville International Airport，12km from Sihanoukville deep water port，close to No.4 National Road, and 210km away from the Capital Phnom Penh.
It has been gained high attention from the top leaders and other governments at all levels. For faster and better development of SSEZ，during the Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen’s official visit in China, the two countries signed The Agreement between the Government of the People's Republic of China and the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia concerning the Sihanoukville Special Economic Zone on Dec 13th, 2010. The agreement clarified the legal status of SSEZ, and stated that the two parties should provide support and convenience for the construction, management and operation of SSEZ. It also clarified that bilateral vice-ministerial coordination committee was established to work on important issues during the development and operation of SSEZ under the framework of this agreement. SSEZ is the first Chinese overseas economic and trade cooperation zone supported by signing bilateral agreement of governments.
